Phase Two: Condition the Habit. Now that you’ve created the habit, it’s time to condition the habit. Goals are met in Phase One. Phase Two is about sticking with the habit and maintaining your results. Depending on which membership you sign up for, XPT provides you with the following:

When are the X Factor Seminars?

Our Inaugural Intro to the X Factor seminars will be held on Saturday, February 18th at 8am and Wednesday, February 22nd at 6pm. We kick off each seminar with a FREE Orientation. Phase One will be complete on Monday, March 27th with an all-day weigh-in. After Phase One and upon membership, we will provide you with Phases Two and Three. The Phase Two seminar is scheduled for Wednesday, March 29th at 6pm and ends with an all day weigh-in on Wednesday, April 26th. The seminar for Phase Three will be held on Friday, April 28th at 6pm. Final weigh-in for the inaugural X Factor Program will be all day on Friday, May 26th.

Do all the X Factor Seminars happen every month?

Since the X Factor is a three month program, it will only run in its entirety 4 times out of the year!

What if I miss the Intro to the X Factor Seminar? What can I do?

No Seminar, No Problem! You can always sign up for the Intro to the X Factor without the seminar. In this case, your personal trainer will be there to guide you through the Three Phases of Change. You will always be able to opt in to the Intro Seminar the next time it comes around.

How do I become a member of XPT?

After the Intro to the X Factor, we will discuss what course of action you want to take. You have the option to continue with personal training or become a member of our Boxing Bootcamps. If you sign on as a personal training client, you will automatically receive access to our Boxing Bootcamps at no extra cost.
