Phase One: Create the Habit
In Phase One, we take you through a detailed step-by-step process which covers everything necessary to create new habits. We provide you with a booklet highlighting what you will experience during Phase One. You also have a support coach working with you very closely to make sure you are implementing all your new habits as well as finding ways to sustain them throughout the entire month. You also have the opportunity to attend an in-depth seminar on the ins and outs of Phase One.
We go over what you can expect, your meal prep, cardio regimen, and answer any questions you may have. Through this seminar you will build a support group with the other clients that attend. You will have the support of like-minded individuals who are also going through the program. This raises the accountability level even higher which raises your motivation levels higher.
