Phase Two: Condition the Habit
Phase One is a month full of hard work and sacrifice and creating new habits. Phase Two deals with conditioning these habits. Phase Two is all about balance. You will encounter many obstacles during this month. Your support coach will be there every step of the way to support you. It is imperative that you understand these obstacles and are ready to face them. You will learn how to overcome these obstacles and maintain the results of all your hard work.
