Janice Reardon is an AFAA Certified Fitness Professional with experience working with a wide variety of clients at various stages in their fitness journeys. She specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, body building and development, and general fitness with an emphasis on core and proper movement.
Whether your goal is weight loss or weight gain, Janice has helped numerous clients achieve their goals. She understands the struggles women experience postpartum and saw how training helped transform her own physique and confidence to the point of competing on stage.
With over 25 years of experience, and a love and passion for fitness, Janice wants to spread the positive effects exercise has on both physical and psychological well-being with everyone. A motto to live by: "If you believe it, you can achieve it."
She helps keep clients motivated to reach their desired goals by keeping their training fun and engaging, and coaching them along the way. She provides customized training programs for each of her clients, along with nutritional and supplementation counseling in order to meet their specific needs.
